- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Been with this company about 5 years and desperately looking for another company. Has gotten better with new agent Marie. The other agent got there after I had been with the company about 3 years and afterward a nightmare. He assured me in October 2015 that my payment wasn't due until December of 2015. Turned out my payment was due in October as I had thought and my coverage lapsed for two months causing reinstatment charges and an increase in premium of $400. I would say deal with Marie; however she is overloaded because John puts everything on her, I'm unsure if it would be a good choice at all for your insurance needs.By Debra Williams, March 25, 2018
